Mr. Phum or Lung Phipit Phummiret, who was appointed to take care of the wax tax at Chaliang Thong tree in 1837 (Wat Chaliang Thong, Baan Soen Nuea in the present time). Therefore, Chaliang Thong tree in the area where Phu Pha Man people discovered is the model of the imitating Chaliang Thong tree that is located in front of Phu Pha Man District Office.
